Welcome to 813 Yard Card! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Agreement: All yard card rentals are for a 24-hour period unless otherwise specified. Any damage, theft, or removal of the yard cards will result in additional charges.
2. Booking and Payments: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Once payment is completed, your yard card rental is guaranteed for the agreed-upon date.
3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities: Please do not allow anyone to touch, move, or damage the yard card display. You will be invoiced for any damages that occur during the rental period.
5. Liability: 813 Yard Card is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the yard card display during the rental period. The customer assumes all responsibility once the display is set up.
